Service scope and applicability
EQVPN provides network acceleration subscription services for cross-border access and access to international websites, currently covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users may choose available routes based on their location, destination, and actual network conditions.
The service provides network connectivity and route scheduling capabilities. It does not control third-party websites, applications, or content that users access. The availability regions, account rules, content supply, and technical policies of third-party services are determined by their respective providers. EQVPN does not guarantee continued access to third-party services or continued availability of specific content.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for connections, plan changes, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or an account appears abnormal, users should change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support use on unlimited devices, but only by the account holder on devices under their control. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscriptions; publish or share account credentials, subscription information, or other access permissions with third parties; or provide access to others through centralized distribution, paid top-ups for others, plan splitting, or resale.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user panel shows the applicable traffic, validity status, and plan details.
Lawful use requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the regions involved in their use of the service. Users are responsible for determining whether their accessed content, data processing, and network activity are lawful. The service must not be used to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, conduct malicious attacks, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users may not attempt to bypass account permissions, traffic metering, or subscription status checks; probe, damage, or excessively consume service infrastructure; or generate abnormal requests through automation. Users are responsible for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from their own conduct.
Service availability and disclaimers
Route performance may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device status, access times, destination service policies, and maintenance schedules. EQVPN maintains and adjusts routes according to operating conditions, but does not promise uninterrupted service or equal performance across all routes, locations, devices, or third-party services.
For connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability caused by device failures, local network restrictions, third-party service changes, public network issues, necessary maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control, EQVPN will provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance. Users should save important data promptly and avoid relying on this service as their only network solution for activities requiring continuous connectivity.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EQVPN is not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected profits, changes to third-party content, or consequences caused by a user's failure to follow these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension and termination circumstances
If an account involves resale, credential sharing, abnormal resource consumption, interference with service operations, unlawful use, avoidance of subscription rules, or another serious breach of these terms, EQVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To protect the service and other users, such measures may be implemented first when prompt action is needed to control a security risk.
Users may stop using the service. After a subscription expires or available traffic is exhausted, connection permissions will be handled according to the plan status. Account termination does not affect obligations arising before termination, nor does it affect liability limitations, dispute resolution, or compliance provisions that by their nature should remain effective.
Changes to terms and refund guidance
EQVPN may revise these terms as needed for service changes, legal requirements, or risk control. The updated version will be published on this page with the latest update time. Changes that materially affect user rights may also be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
